Stayframe Media

Your listing photos,
in motion.

Short cinematic video for vacation rentals, built from the professional photography you already have. No reshoot, no crew, and nothing in the video that isn't already in your photos.

30–45 seconds 9:16 vertical 1080 × 1920 MP4

Why video

A photo grid is the format everyone already has.

Every listing on Vrbo and Airbnb is a grid of still photos. Yours may be better photos — but it's the same format as the fifty listings sitting next to it in the search results.

A short vertical video is a different format. It's also the one that plays natively on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, where a photo gallery doesn't. Same property, same photos, somewhere new to put them.

Sample work

Built entirely from stills.

Every frame below started as a photograph the owner already had. Nothing was added, removed, or upgraded.

How it works

Three steps, one revision.

01

Send your photos

Share your existing gallery, or just send the listing URL. I'll tell you straight whether the photography is strong enough to build from before anyone commits to anything.

02

I build the video

The strongest feature opens it, and the property is shown in the order that actually tells its story. Camera moves stay slow and physically plausible. If a move distorts the space, it gets dropped.

03

You review it once

One round of revisions is included. You get the finished MP4, sized and formatted to upload straight to your listing or post as-is.

Who it's for

This works for some properties and not others.

Worth saying up front, so neither of us wastes a week finding out.

A good fit

  • Properties with professional photography already done
  • Something genuinely distinctive to show — a view, the architecture, a real standout amenity
  • Owners and managers running listings alongside their own social or direct booking site
  • Boutique portfolios and self-managed luxury rentals

Not a fit yet

  • Phone snapshots or dated photography — the video can only be as good as the source
  • A standard unit with nothing that visually separates it from the listing next door
  • Anyone wanting features, views, or finishes that aren't actually in the photos

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need new photos taken?

No — that's the whole point. This is built from the professional photography you already paid for. If your current photos are phone snapshots, get those handled first; the video can't be better than its source.

Will it look AI-generated?

It shouldn't, and that's the standard I hold it to. Every frame comes from your actual photos. Nothing is added, removed, relocated, or upgraded — no invented amenities, no rooms made to look bigger than they are, no skies swapped for better ones. Motion stays slow and physically plausible, and if animating a shot warps a wall or bends a window, the motion gets reduced or dropped. A still shot beats a broken one.

Where can I use the video?

Your Vrbo and Airbnb listings, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and your own direct booking site. It's delivered as a standard MP4, so it's yours to post anywhere.

Why is it silent?

Vrbo can reject or pull a video over unlicensed background audio, so silent is the safe default — and most social feeds autoplay muted anyway. If you want music, say so and we'll sort out properly licensed audio rather than risk the listing.

How long does it take?

Three business days from the time I have your photos. Revisions come back within two. If the photography needs sorting out first, that clock starts once it's in hand.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per property and comes with the proposal. Send your listing over and you'll get a straight answer, along with whether I think the photography is strong enough to be worth it.

What if I don't like it?

One round of revisions is included — tell me what's off and I'll rework it. Because everything is built from your own photos, there's rarely a surprise about what the property looks like.

Get started

Request a video.

Send the listing and I'll take a look at the photography. If it isn't strong enough to build something good from, I'll tell you that instead of selling you a video.
